Our story
After more than half a decade in Germany and a Master’s in IT, founder Nagma saw how often people needed more than another checklist. Applications, visas, housing, and everyday life all bring questions that are easier to face with someone who has been there.
Altruistic Consultancy grew from that experience: a place for clear, personal help before the move and after arrival. Our aim is to make the path less overwhelming and help each person find a route that fits them.

After over half a decade in Germany, earning a Master’s in IT, & navigating the rollercoaster of life abroad, I realized one thing, Google can’t give you real survival tips! Having helped countless people settle in, I decided to make it official with Altruistic Consultancy.

Hi, I’m Sana Divadkar, marketing & communications pro, language enthusiast, and proud expat in Germany for 6+ years. With a Master’s from a German university and C1-level German under my belt, I’ve lived the real deal, beyond Google and guidebooks. Now, through Altruistic Consultancy, I help others navigate life, language, and career in Germany — the way only someone who’s been there truly can.
